Roof Restorers removed an old roof and installed a new Colorsteel roof for David over the Christmas period. His old terracotta tile roof was looking old, and more importantly, wasn’t cutting it, and needed to be replaced. David made the smart decision and went with a new Coloursteel Endura roof.

Roof Restorers also switched out all the old white plastic guttering with new, quality Colorsteel guttering that works in with the colour of the roof. Vastly improving the aesthetic and making it a lot more functional and safer in a big downpour.

While working on David’s roof, we also helped with the install of a skylight, which brings in a whole lot of light into his home, which in Dunedin, makes a huge difference.

David’s roof is very visible from the road, and with a new Colorsteel roof and matching gutter, the drive up to his property is vastly improved.

We had an old tile terracotta roof that we wanted completely replaced so we went with a Colorsteel Endura roof, in a light grey colour, so it works in well with the style of our house.

We originally went with Roof Restorers because of their competitive pricing. They were the best price that we could find in town. Timewise, they replaced the roof over the Christmas period and there were no issues with timing.

The guys were helpful, they sorted out the scaffolding, replaced all the spouting at the same time with Colorsteel spouting which matches the roof (instead of that old white plastic) and they put in a skylight for us which I’d purchased to go in at the same time, they framed it out and sorted out the flashing.

I’d happily recommend them. They did a nice job, turned up on time, and left it looking good and tidy. The guys were nice on site, on time and offered competitive pricing. Big thanks to Loki and the boys.
